Technical Business Development Associate Intern (Voice AI)
This is not a "sit and watch" internship. You wear two hats: learn how an AI voice call is built well enough to demo it, then find the coaching, ed-tech, admissions and service businesses who need it and help close them.
What you'll do — Technical (Voice AI)
- Understand how a voice call works end to end: telephony → speech-to-text → LLM → text-to-speech.
- Help with demos, call QA, basic troubleshooting and client-ready examples.
- Be comfortable with GitHub and docs, and explain the tech simply to non-technical founders.
What you'll do — Business development
- Find and reach coaching, ed-tech, admissions and service businesses.
- Build and manage a lead pipeline in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Book meetings, join demos, help close pilots.
- Support pricing conversations and follow-ups.
- Help run the company LinkedIn — posts, outreach, replies — under the founder's guidance.
Who should apply
- B.Tech students or recent graduates; CSE, IT, ECE or AI-ML preferred.
- Strong spoken English and Hindi (Hinglish is fine) — this role talks to clients every day.
- Interest in Voice AI or Conversational AI. Course projects, hackathons and self-learning all count.
- Hungry to sell and learn, not only to write code.
- Organised: owns an Excel sheet and follows up without being chased.
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹5,000 a month.
- Performance: a 10% bonus on every client you help crack — closed and paying.
- Realistic upside: if you close consistently, monthly earnings can grow toward ₹50,000–₹70,000 with commission. This is performance-linked.
What "cracked client" means. A paying pilot or a prepaid-wallet client attributed to your pipeline, as defined in the offer letter.
Location and duration. Remote, India timezone. 3–6 months, extended or converted on performance.
How to apply. Fill the form below and answer every question. Incomplete applications — no LinkedIn, no project you can point to — are not reviewed.
