The service
Shravan.ai provides AI voice agents for inbound and outbound telephone calls, campaign management, call analytics and prepaid billing. The service depends on third-party carriers and model providers; brief interruptions outside our control can occur.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful calling. Comply with telecom regulations applicable to you, including India's TRAI regulations on commercial communication, and any do-not-disturb registries relevant to your call lists.
- Obtain any consents required to call, record or process the personal data of the people you contact.
- Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, impersonation of others, or emergency services.
- Keep your account credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
Billing
There are no subscriptions. Call usage draws from a prepaid wallet at the per-minute rate agreed for your account, prorated by the second. Wallet balances are maintained in a double-entry ledger; every debit corresponds to metered usage. Top-ups are processed by Razorpay. Wallet credit is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts used for unlawful calling, abuse of the platform, or non-payment. Where practical we will warn you first.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the account email in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
