Who processes data on our behalf
Running a voice agent means audio, text and call metadata pass through specialist services. This is the complete list of those suppliers, what each one receives, and why. Every entry is a service the product actually uses; we do not list suppliers we might use one day, and we do not omit ones that are inconvenient.
A supplier only ever receives what its job requires. Nothing on this list receives your wallet balance, your API keys, or another customer’s data.
Telephony

Changes to this list
If we add a supplier that processes customer data, we will update this page before that supplier goes live and tell customers on a current subscription. If you object to a new supplier, tell us — that is a conversation about your contract, not a form to fill in.
Data processing terms
A Data Processing Addendum is available for signature; email privacy@shravan-ai.tech and we will send the current version. It covers the roles each side holds, the instructions we act on, confidentiality, the security measures described on our security page, this supplier list and how changes to it are notified, assistance with requests from individuals, breach notification, and deletion or return of data when the contract ends.
On the terms we hold with the suppliers above: we are working through each supplier’s data-processing agreement and confirming, in writing, how long they retain what we send and whether it is used to train their models. Until that is complete for a given supplier we will not make claims on their behalf. If this is material to your decision, ask us for the current position on the specific supplier you care about.
