Which inbox
hello@shravan-ai.tech reaches us about anything, and it is the one to use when you are not sure. Three kinds of message have an inbox of their own:
- Billing and payments — billing@shravan-ai.tech. Write from the email address on the account. Wallet credit is not refundable; what is credited back is on the refund and cancellation policy.
- Your personal data — a copy, a correction or a deletion — privacy@shravan-ai.tech. See the privacy policy.
- A security vulnerability — security@shravan-ai.tech. Read the security page before you test anything.
